A student may be excused from PE class:
- For up to one week per trimester (2 consecutive PE days)
- If specified by a parent note for illness or injury. Thereafter, a doctor's note is required.
PE Excuse Notes Must:
- Be signed and dated by a parent
- Include a contact number for parent
- Give the reason for the PE excuse
- Be taken to the School Nurse before school starts
- Be presented to the classroom teacher first thing in the morning and then taken to PE class
